Applying IT knowledge in various industries and solutions.

IT professional with experience in managing large and complex IT products and projects. I hold a bachelor’s degree in IT (Web Application Development major) from RIT Croatia.
After my few development internships during 2^nd and 3^rd year of studying at RIT, I’ve focused my career on developing and understanding complex project and product specifications. As a project manager and business analyst, I’ve gained a lot of experience in stakeholder management, writing statements of work, producing functional and non-functional product requirements, managing people and leading projects. While gaining experience in consulting and sales in the meantime, my primary focus remains progressing and learning how to become a great product manager.

I’ve worked on implementations of various products and projects, such as identity and access management (IAM) tools for banks and large companies. I’ve also worked on projects of ERP implementations in some of the Balkan companies (SAP, SAP B1) in FMCG sector, and my latest product experience comes from the Product Owner/Business Analyst role, working for one of the well-known US telehealth solutions.
My main goal was to serve as a bridge between the Scrum team and Stakeholders. I was responsible for the product backlog (ticket specifications, definition of done, estimations), planning the specific work of the whole team in the quarter, and my daily activities included talking to my team, but other Scrum teams as well in order to remove impediments for our scope of work.

Through teamwork and leading diverse (and remote) Scrum teams, I’ve sharpened my soft-skill expertise which are one of the key aspects of todays world. I consider myself as a curios and tech-savy individual who strives to learn about application of new technologies in different industries and build meaningful, successful and innovative IT products.
